Before founding The True Stance, I spent 8 years in the military in infantry and intelligence, worked in the recovery division at FEMA, and earned my degree in crisis management from Rowan University. Born and raised in New Jersey. Fun fact: favorite thing to make for the team is chicken Gnocchi from scratch

I graduated from The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. I was a waitress since I was 14 and did teaching for a few semesters. My goal is to be able to give back to the community and help my family. Fun fact about you I was born and raised in Honduras. I have traveled to 6 different countries.

I worked in the solar industry for a long time My goal is to create connections that lead to lasting success—for both people and True Stance. Fun fact- I have a house full of plants

Team Lead
Clifton native Monika is a graduate of Felician University with a Bachelor’s Degree. A true creative, she plays seven instruments, paints, draws, acts, and writes, constantly expanding her artistic and professional horizons.

I used to work at a warehouse doing electrical assemblies, also busboy and a server at a party venue Goal is to become a department head by mid September and buy myself a bmw and a corvette for my brother I like working on cars and I love martial arts

Instacarting/receptionist for a hospital in Morristown. My goal is to be able to leave an impact on the people around me to grow not just personally but professionally. I'm from Dover, NJ. I'm a first-generation American. and I love playing soccer
