CEO
Ryan leads True Stance with vision and resilience, drawing on his background in Crisis Management and Psychology from Rowan University. A Middletown, NJ native, he brings insight and determination to every decision—even while navigating life with color blindness.

Dominik Homola

Department Head
From Rockaway, NJ, Dominik graduated from Rutgers University-Newark with a B.S. degree in Leadership & Management. When he’s not guiding teams, you’ll find him on the soccer field, channeling his competitive spirit into every game and project.

TJ Rivera

Operations Manager
Born in Barceloneta, Puerto Rico, and raised in Somerset, NJ, TJ holds a Bachelor’s Degree from The College of New Jersey. His past experience with the Edison Police Department, specifically in their Juvenile Unit and Bureau of Criminal Investigation, shaped his sharp problem-solving skills, now fueling operations at True Stance.

Rachel Cohn Cruz

Administrator
Rachel, a Newark native and current Essex County student, blends creativity with organization. Passionate about reading and traveling, she infuses curiosity and imagination into every task she takes on.

Nick Yupa

Team Lead
An energetic leader from Newark, NJ, Nick grew up playing four sports simultaneously. With his foundation from Newark Tech High School, he brings drive, versatility, and teamwork to his leadership role.

Brayan Ramos

Team Lead
Brayan, from Dover, NJ, holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. His love for soccer reflects his competitive edge and dedication, qualities he brings daily to the True Stance team.

Monika Dlugosz

Team Lead
Clifton native Monika is a graduate of Felician University with a Bachelor’s Degree. A true creative, she plays seven instruments, paints, draws, acts, and writes, constantly expanding her artistic and professional horizons.

Team Lead
From Secaucus, NJ, Gunja is pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship. Outside of work, yoga keeps her balanced, focused, and ready to inspire her team.
